'The Holiday Cottage
Only 200 metres to the closest beach at the Cove - what more could you ask for? This 2 bedroom low-costhome with open plan kitchen, dining and living, is only a short walk round the corner to Berrara Beach and beautiful Berrara Lagoon. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bunk set. The bathroom is all brand new with ample space for the washing machine and laundry tub. Take a 5km drive north to Swan Lake were it's 'water and jet ski paradise' ! Out back there is an undercover b.b.q. area, a great place to relax after a big day at the beach.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME! NO PETS ALLOWED NO GARAGE ACCESS- Linen is not supplied
Upon booking we require a security depositplus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Peaceful and relaxing
Bari - 31st December 2021By chance I came across this place online and booked it immediately. I am soooo glad I did. I wished I had a few more days added to extend our stay however, the time spent was well worth it. Cosy, quiet and relaxing. Mornings were sometimes greeted to kangaroos foraging in the back yard. Access to the beach, lagoon which was perfect for the kids and bush walks made our stay adventurous also. Not to mention still having access to local amenities providing peace of mind for lazy nights from cooking. Though internet access was scarce having no wifi on the premises, we were prepared to bring along our own portable boosted wifi modem. This was barely needed. Overall it was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
