Waterfront in Sussex
This recently renovated 3 bedroom property right on the water is a great place to enjoy a family holiday. If the breezes from the water aren't enough to keep you cool then the air conditioning and ceiling fans will certainlydo the job. The house sleeps 6.. The backyard is fully fenced. There is a wonderful new large jetty and a fantastic covered pergola.
Bring your stand up paddle board or kayaks and have loads of fun on the canals. Lunch in the backyard and back to the water for an afternoon of fun! At the back of the house there is a laundry with shower accessible from the yard.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO GARAGE AND NO LAUNCHING ACCESS FOR BOAT FROM THE PROPERTY. Public boat ramp is closeby.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME! - Linen is not supplied but can be hired at Inlet Laundry 0414268203
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great family getaway

My family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze on Ibis. The house was as described and very clean. It is in a nice quiet spot on the canal and has a shaded pergola out the back which is a nice spot to sit and relax. We found LJ Hooker to be very efficient to deal with and they quickly resolved a few minor issues we had.
