Blissful Paradise
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this home has been positioned perfectly on the large fully fenced block to take in the water reserve views. Being only approx 20m to the water you have the advantage of being able to anchor your boat temporarily during your stay.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, main bathroom and open plan living and dining spaces that flow out onto the deck. The huge undercover deck is the perfect place to entertain, and being both north facing and overlooking the neighboring tree studded reserve this truly is outdoor living at its finest.
Downstairs is a further two bedrooms with extra shower & toilet in the laundry. One bedroom has been made into the ideal place for a kid's hangout including a sofa with TV and board games (TV is for DVD's, playstation etc only).
The local shops are located only 550m, including SPAR supermarket, chemist, takeaway, newsagency, post office, cafes and RSL club.
PLEASE NOTE: Group bookings are not permitted, no smoking in the home, no pets allowed, and linen is not supplied.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great location. Beautiful spot
Richelle - 10th October 2020The location was lovely and quiet and right on the water. Couldn’t ask for better. Great if you have kids too. The house is a little tired and could do with a spruce up. The basics would be appreciated I am sure, like a dishwasher, doors downstairs never closed properly and a handle was loose on a door upstairs.

Enjoyable Stay
Anne - 14th January 2019We enjoyed our stay. Quite spacious and has a lovely outlook onto the reserve. At times we saw a number of parrots and kangaroos. Clean and tidy house. Bathroom and kitchen a bit dated but totally adequate. We missed having air con and a dishwasher, however the weather wasn't too extreme, and we could get a breeze through the windows. Quiet location and lots of car parking space for our boat.
Perfect for two families
Victoria - 2nd April 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - plenty of room and beds for kids, the kitchen was better stocked than anywhere we have stayed before, great large deck and good location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
