Welcome to Swan Lake Retreat, a charming holiday rental nestled in the serene village of Cudmirrah. This exquisite getaway offers a peaceful and adult-only retreat for up to four guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms ensuring comfort and privacy.

Things to note about the property:

  • Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
  • Aircon and WIFI is available.
  • Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
  • No smoking inside the house
  • No Pets allowed.

Inside
As you arrive at Swan Lake Retreat, you'll enter through the convenient garage, where you can safely park your vehicle.

Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in a tastefully decorated home, with the first bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor. The bedroom offers a cozy sanctuary, while the adjacent bathroom ensures convenience and privacy. Venturing upstairs, you'll discover the second bedroom, and another well-appointed bathroom.

The heart of the retreat is the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge room. Here, you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy intimate meals at the dining table, or relax in the comfortable lounge area.

Outside
When you're in the mood for some fresh air and outdoor relaxation, the balcony awaits you. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A retractable electric awning provides shade on sunny days, always ensuring your comfort. And if you're up for some outdoor grilling, a BBQ is readily available.

Location
Conveniently located adjacent to the Cuddy Cafe, you'll have the option to enjoy a delicious meal or grab a coffee just steps away from your retreat. And for nature enthusiasts, Swan Lake is conveniently located across the road, offering tranquil views and opportunities for outdoor activities.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great holiday accommodation

This is a great holiday accomodation. It’s quiet and peaceful environment by the lake which we enjoyed kayaking. I spent days without internet as Vodafone didn’t have reception in the area and no wifi in the property. But it turned great as we don’t need internet in this Mother Nature.
