This lovingly decorated unit over two floors is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Sussex Inlet. Overlooking the water you can use the shared jetty to launch your kayak or tinnie and have a paddle around the keys or save your energy and just throw a line in or read a book.
Large dining table looks out over the water and a little balcony is great for cooking a BBQ. There is a very comfortable lounge area with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. The three bedrooms all have ceiling fans and most days there will be a breeze off the water. There is a shower and toilet available on both levels. Upstairs bathroom has a full bath. Laundry has washer and dryer.
The unit is in a complex with a shared swimming pool, tennis court and communal BBQ area. One carport is available for guests.
