Waterfront in Sussex

This recently renovated 3 bedroom property right on the water is a great place to enjoy a family holiday.  If the breezes from the water aren't enough to keep you cool then the air conditioning and ceiling fans will certainly should do the job.  The house sleeps 6 and you can even bring the family pet.  Please note there are side fences but no fence along the water.  

Bring your stand up paddle board or kayaks and have loads of fun on the canals.  Lunch in the backyard and back to the water for an afternoon of fun!  At the back of the house there is a laundry with shower.  

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO GARAGE AND NO LAUNCHING ACCESS FOR BOAT FROM THE PROPERTY.  Public boat ramp is closeby.  

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
