Welcome to "Paradise on the Water" – your holiday retreat nestled in the picturesque town of Sussex Inlet. This holiday rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and stunning waterfront views, making it an ideal destination for families and groups seeking an unforgettable coastal getaway. This spacious rental boasts three appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing ample accommodation for up to eight guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Inside:
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a charming lounge and dining area, where comfortable seating and an inviting ambiance await. To the right, the dining room seamlessly transitions into the kitchen, complete with amenities needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
As you explore further, a hallway leads you to the sleeping quarters and a thoughtfully designed bathroom. The bedrooms are uniquely furnished, each promising a restful night's sleep after days of exploring the nearby attractions. The bathroom is recently renovated and features contemporary fixtures and offers convenience for all guests.
Outside:
Stepping left from the lounge room, you'll discover an enchanting back patio that beckons you to unwind and soak in the mesmerizing water views. Outfitted with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, this space is perfect for al fresco dining and sizzling barbecues with loved ones. The expansive backyard is a true gem, offering a private jetty that extends onto the tranquil water, ideal for fishing, boating, or simply basking in the serene atmosphere.
"Paradise on the Water" understands that pets are cherished members of the family, and as such, they are more than welcome to join in the vacation fun. With an outside-only policy, your furry friends can enjoy the fresh air and the expansive grounds while you relax. To ensure your comfort, air conditioning is readily available, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment even on the warmest days.
Perfectly located close to town, with plenty to offer including, local cafes, clothing shops, and the local brewery, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy and more.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Jojo - 11th October 2020Had everything you need. But make sure you stock yourself up because thr nearest Shopping centre is 30mins drive Location wise amazing.. Waterfront.. Big porche...Clean and tidy bedrooms.. Will be back again.

Al - 31st March 2019I’ve stayed at this property so many times over the years but I think it’s time for new carpet and new furniture, great location but the condition of the house is poor. If this property was updated internally it would be awesome.

Colfix - 25th November 2018The house was tidy BUT hair in and around bath, front door lock stuck, chopping boards were vile, clothes line needed fixing, smoke detector disconnected, dining chairs coming apart,outside toilet grubby. We enjoyed the holiday. Regards Colin
