Waking up to a picturesque sunrise over Connelly's Reef whilst taking breakfast on the front deck every day is the stuff dreams are made of. This is truly a place where every day is a holiday! Positioned only 100m from Kirby's beach on a large lot of land, this newly refurbished immaculately kept house features new floor boards, a brand new kitchen, renovated bathroom, new paintwork and all new furnishings. The 2 bedroom house sleeps 6 and includes a Queen Bed, Double Bed and set of Bunk beds. You can catch up on reading in the spacious lounge room, relax and unwind in the sunroom or soak up the sun out on the deck and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Just a two and a half hour drive south of Sydney, Berrara is one of the South Coast's best beach fishing spots. Swim, surf, snorkel, fish or simply relax on the beach with a book, there is always plenty to do. For the more adventurous, go pushbike or motorbike riding through surrounding Conjola National Park and enjoy an abundance of wildlife and fauna, or waterski at nearby Swan Lake. The house is equipped with Gas BBQ, Washing Machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Heater, DVD player, CD player, Board Games, Ironing facilities, Undercover garage parking for 2 cars.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
